Long-term stress has an extreme impact on our health. Almost everyone is now aware of this fact.
In particularly bad cases, stress can lead to chronic complaints such as sleep disorders, increased blood pressure, stomach problems or ulcers, depression or worse.
Our mental state therefore has a strong impact on our physical state, but taking a break and resting is often interpreted as a lack of motivation or weakness.
In previous generations, the clear social expectation was to avoid stress as much as possible, but since the consequences of constant stress have become better known and awareness of the increased stress factors has spread, a social rethink has become necessary. What formats do burnout prevention coaching sessions take place in and how are they structured?
Most of my coaching sessions take place online via video calls, but can also take place over the phone without a camera or in person if you are geographically close enough.A session usually lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your personal circumstances and goals.
As a burnout prevention coach, I focus a lot on your individual situation and strive for a holistic understanding before we move on to the active part, in which we focus on learning skills and more concrete suggestions for action.
