Although burnout syndrome requires active psychological help for many people, it is not officially listed as a separate illness in the international classification (ICD11). I am not a psychotherapist, but would like to use my methods to help you possibly do without the help of a therapist and prevent it from getting to the extreme. Of course, as a burnout prevention coach, I can also use my methods to support therapy, but prevention is the primary goal here.
