But how do you know if self-management coaching is the right choice?

For every new participant, there is an initial consultation, which usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. During this, goals are clarified, and methods suitable for your individual situation are explored. From there, we decide, without obligation, how we can proceed.

I offer coaching packages with a duration of several months, consisting of regular appointments. My self-management coaching is practical, empathetic, and humorous – and brings clarity to complex situations.

For ambitious and development-oriented individuals, self-management coaching is exactly the right thing.

Regular self-management coaching sessions last approximately 60 minutes and are usually held by phone or via Teams as a video chat. A face-to-face meeting can also be arranged, depending on geographical feasibility.

Within my six-month coaching packages, one session per month is usually planned; the dates are, of course, freely and individually negotiable.

First and foremost, in our initial meeting, we will clarify your goals. I want to find out which tools and skills I can provide you with in self-management coaching to guide your life in the right direction. I also offer reflective impulses and practical tools that you can integrate into your daily life.

I like to describe my coaching style as “non-directive,” as I prefer to listen and reflect rather than immediately giving too many overwhelming instructions.
