Frequently Asked Questions
Why is self-management coaching with Damaschke Business the right choice for me?
Thanks to my extensive experience, I am able to reliably coach people in a wide variety of positions. I combine sound knowledge from training and studies, as well as from over 10 years of international work in the HR sector. There I learned to adapt to cultural and individual characteristics and can therefore also help you to adopt new perspectives. Self-management coaching is just right for ambitious people who are open to development.
How long does a self-management coaching session last and how often does it take place?
The regular self-management coaching sessions last around 60 minutes and are usually held by telephone or via Teams as a video chat. A face-to-face meeting can also be arranged, depending on the geographical location. As part of my coaching packages for six months, one session per month is usually scheduled; the dates are of course flexible and can be arranged individually.
How is a self-management coaching session structured?
First of all, we will clarify your goals in our first meeting. I would like to find out which tools and skills I can give you in self-management coaching to steer your life in the right direction. I also offer you reflection impulses and practical tools that you can integrate into your everyday life. I like to describe my coaching style as “non-directive”, as I like to listen and reflect instead of giving too many overwhelming instructions straight away.
